    Have  you ever had your BFF's mom and dad get divorced?? Then have a new girl move in and the new girl practically hypnotises all your friends??  Well Clarice Bean has!!!!!!!!!!

      It all started after summer break when her BFF came back from California with her dad. All of a sudden Clarice Bean's BFF barely spoke to her!! Clarice Bean had to figure out why her BFF wasn't talking to her, so she asked her BFF where her mom was. She said, "Back in California." So that made her wonder if her parents were getting divorced because they left their mom behind in California!! Why would someone leave their mom behind??

     In school one day, Ricky was being bullied by a couple of students in the 6th grade. What did they do to bully him?  They called him names like 'Sicky Ricky', they threw milk cartons at him, and sometimes they even poored it all over his head! So Ricky, thought it was time to send a prank note to Tasha (another student in the 6th grade).  Playing pranks on her always made him feel better. This time....Tasha would get her revenge!  She was out to get EVEN!

     Tasha read the note and then suddenly changed the note so it would say, "If you are reading this, you are a real Creep.  Dial Ricky's number now!"

Have you ever been treated rudely? Well, the characters in this book have!                             

   It all started when the Aldens (Henry, Jessie, Violet, and Benny) had walked past an ice cream cart. The woman was rude to them. This was a new ice cream cart in town. Then the Aldens walked past their favorite restaurant. There was a sign that meant they needed more workers. The Aldens volunteered to worked in their favorite restaurant.

  But the Chocolate Ice cream Was Gone! Tall Glass Cups for the Sundaes Disappeared! The customers  want chocolate ice cream but the restaurant  doesn't have any!

    Customers are leaving! Oh no!  They'll lose business! Who is doing this and why? The woman who owned the new ice cream cart wants the customers from the restaurant to come to her new cart. The customers are going to her!  It isn't fair!  They were so rude and now they are earning more business!

   If you're wondering what happens next...then come to our school library. If you really want to read this book I bet you'll want an ice cream sundae (maybe chocolate), when you finish reading!  Yum!  Be the first person to read The Chocolate Sundae Mystery first.
