When Professor Holdsworth dies his most valuable possession belongs to the Holdsworth family.Harry takes care of the Parrot and the parrot can talk! The parrot's name is Mad (short for Madison.) But, Harry has to keep the family from knowing that Mad can talk. Then the news said,"There are burglaries!"and right when this just can't get any worse it did! When Harry is at school, Mr.Holdsworth is at work and Mrs.Holdsworth is shopping while the parrot is home. Mad hears something and he mistakes it for the cat but it was the burglar (named Silver Ware) who went through the window and stole the parrot. The burglar stole Madison because he was so valuable. (Even a Parrot that could say a few words are worth up to 200 or 300 pounds!) So Madison stayed far away from home.Will Mad ever return home or will he have to live with a total complete stranger?
