The Paper Doorway

We think The Paper Doorway is a good book because of all the funny poems. Here is our favorite funny verse and nothing worse poem! This poem is Franken bunny! Here it is….

Franken bunny

Thunder! Wonder! Motion and commotion! In the castle tower, The monster-maker works. At this hour, Some evil beastie lurks. Motion! Commotion! Freighting! Lighting! Lying on the table, Made of bunny pieces, It is not yet able, to unfold its creases. Oh, the windy wind! Oh, the rainy rain! The creature is crumpled, It’s gnarled and rumpled Strange stitches in it’s head. Thunder crash! Lighting smash! Organ music! Gloomy tunes! Now it leaps to its feet. Snarling, growling, and groaning. With a tail twitch quite neat, It stalks the night, moaning. Franken bunny! Franken bunny! Not a sunny little bunny! Though its tail is waggage, It has the urge to kill. Wants to kill a cabbage-I’m sure it surely will. Franken bunny on the lose VEGTABLES BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was our favorite funny verse and nothing worse poem. If you liked this poem you surely like the book. We picked it because of Easter.
